HA90R Rolfing Table Upholstery Order

I understand that one or more of my selections is a vinyl cover. A cover is pre-sewn vinyl that requires professional upholstering onto the wood and foam of the cushion that I already have after removing the original vinyl. I understand that the vinyl cover is not a slip-on cover.

I agree that all information I have entered is correct. I have measured my existing table and verify that the size and color choices I have entered are correct. I understand that Hill Laboratories will custom manufacture each cushion or cover according to the specifications I have entered and that no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
