Mechlok release- Unlock position not holding

There are two flat springs secured in the Mechlok release with screws. The release trigger should remain on one side of the bend or the other. If the release trigger changes position without additional force from a person than the height of the bend should be increased.

A small screwdriver can be inserted under each bend and upward force applied a little at a time until there is sufficient height in the spring to maintain the trigger position or each flat spring can be removed and bent while detached.
