Prevent stirrups from pivoting

1. Swivel the stirrup to the desired position.

2. Remove the lock knob for adjustable extension.
3. Drill 1/4″ diameter hole through the angle of the swivel bracket and through the large plate of the top frame.
4. Remove the bolts or nuts securing the seat cushion and lift it enough to insert 1/4″ bolts down from the top side. Add two washers between the angle and the large plate to fill the gap. Secure the bolt with a nut.
