How to replace the on/off switch

HEALTH STAR or EVOLUTION TABLE : Replace the On/Off Switch

1. Use a flat blade screwdriver to carefully pry up the rectangular plastic cap from the base.
2. The four tabs can be pressed in with your fingers in order to push the switch from the cutout in the rectangle cap. The wings can also be cut off.

3. Hold the new switch next to the original so that the brass and silver colored terminals are oriented the same as the original.

4. Unplug one wire connector at a time from the original and attach to the same terminal on the new.
