How to replace the pelvic tilt actuator

EVOLUTION– Pelvic Tilt Actuator, Replace:

The actuator is located inside the plastic enclosure. It can be accessed by elevating the table, removing the screws holding the outer enclosure to the top frame, and letting the plastic rest on the base. UNPLUG the table. Remove the leg cushion to access the circuit board located inside the aluminum enclosure below it. Board and location of actuator connector are pictured on the next page.

Remove the bolt at each end of the actuator and free the cable by cutting the plastic wire ties that hold it against the inside of the frame.

Take note of the cable routing so that the new cable will also be routed to avoid moving parts.

Follow the cable to the circuit board (photo of board below) and unplug the connector.
