Troubleshooting the actuator – Evolution Model

For Older Evolution models only

EVOLUTION ACTUATOR TROUBLESHOOTING:

If the belt breaks soon after being replaced, the actuator may need to be sent to the actuator manufacturer for repair. Call Hill Laboratories to verify symptoms and also to receive instructions before removing the actuator from the table.

If the actuator pulley (larger pulley) doesn’t turn smoothly and/or is able to to be pulled in and out, the actuator should be sent for repair.

If you call Ultra Motion first, they will assign a RMA number so that the work order will be tracked properly.
