Adding a FR 30-21B cervical mount bracket

Bracket is secured with 1/4-20 button head screws, tightened with 5/32″ hex wrench. The first screw can be accessed by removing the head pad from the unit and lifting the edge of the rubber mat, as shown.

The second screw can be accessed by removing four screws that secure the rubber mat to the bottom of the unit and lifting the edge of rubber mat.
