Detach from actuator to lumbar

  1. Remove the leg cushion. There is a hex head bolt near each corner on the bottom of the cushion that can removed with a 7/16″ wrench or socket.
  2. The area you need to focus on is in the center area of the picture. There is a large red spring and a shoulder bolt on each side.
  3. Use a 3/16″ hex wrench in the head of each shoulder bolt to unthread and remove each.
  4. The lumbar frame with the leg cushion attached should be free to glide about six inches.
