How to access the actuator
Remove the plastic enclosure at the cervical end. It is made of two pieces of plastic. There are screws on both sides.

Is each connector plugged into the blue box? Push on each connector to make sure it is fully inserted.
Are there any loose or hanging wires that are not in a connector?
