Replace Plunger and Roll Pin

Here is how the assembly is put together:

The shoulder bolt at the top of the following drawing is threaded into the hole where the red arrow points and becomes the pivot point for the lever. The plunger shown above threads into the hole indicated by the gold arrow. A roll pin goes through the end of the lever and the hole in the plunger so the lever pulls and retracts the plunger. The photo shows this assembly.
1. It may be easier to repair the bracket if removed from the table. Remove the three bolts that secure the Flex-Restraint bar to the Pelvic Tilt Frame.

2. Slide the bracket w ith the broken plunger off the end of the bar

3. Tap out the roll pin that connects the plunger to the lever.

4. Unthread the original plunger from the tab on the bracket.

5. Reverse the steps to install the new plunger.
