Important – please read

  • If your Anatomotor was manufactured in 2012 or before, you will also need to purchase a Short “T Buckle Assembly” Kit.
  • If your Anatomotor was manufactured on 11/1/2014 or before, you will also need to purchase an updated Top Bracket.
  • If your Anatomotor was manufactured in 1992 or before, you will also need to purchase an Adapter Plate for the Top Bracket.

If you have already purchased a Top Bracket and/or an Adapter Plate, you do not need to purchase those parts again when reordering the Cervical Traction Device. However, the Short “T Buckle Assembly” Kit is required with each purchase of a Cervical Traction Device for Anatomotors that require it.

1. Online store returns

  • Items purchased in our online store may be returned for a full refund of the cost of the item. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the item and items must be in new, unused condition.

  • If you would like a pre-paid return label, please contact us. The cost of the pre-paid return label will be deducted from your refund.
  • Please include a copy of your invoice or packing slip in the return package.

2. Cushion or cover orders

  • Items purchased via the upholstery order forms are made-to-order and are not able to be returned or exchanged.
  • Please contact us with questions about this policy before placing an order.

3. New table or chair purchases

Please refer to these terms and conditions for information regarding table or chair purchases.

4. Incorrect or damaged item returns

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

5. Refunds and Processing:

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
