Cushion and cover warranty information

In most cases, we do not offer a warranty on cushions because we cannot control abuse or mistreatment.

In special cases, please send your complaint and supporting photographs to the upholstery department. Once we review your complaint, we will issue you a written decision.

We strongly recommend cleaning your cushions properly.
