HA90C – Pelvic Lifter Assembly for Lift/Drop Combo
l. SKIRT- Remove the screws that secure the outer section of plastic skirting to the top frame and allow the skirt to rest on top the base.
- PELVIC CUSHION- refer to the diagram
-remove 4 screws holding the cushion to the hinges ,”A”
-remove the 3 screws holding the mechlok (locking device) bracket to the bottom of the cushion at “B”
-remove the 4 screws holding the small wood platform to the hang down brackets at “C”
- ORIGINAL LIFTER- punch out the taper pins at “D”. Because they are tapered you must hit them on the smaller of the two ends. Also, note the orientation of the lifter handles for installing the new unit. Pull the handle out of each side of the lifter tube.
- NEW LIFTER- Install by reversing the 3 steps.
