Scissor pins sliding out on tilt or height creating wobble
Use the foot pedal to tilt the cushion so that it is higher at the head end.
You will be able to see where the top is pinned to the scissors.
You may also be able to view the scissor assembly inside the plastic base enclosure by looking through this cutout so that it is unnecessary to tilt the table.
