WOUND CARE- Caster Unit at Foot End Only

Installation Time:

Parts Needed:

Bolts, buttonhead 5/16 x 1″ (H1835) – 2 qty

Nuts, nylock 5/16″ (H236) – 2 qty

End Caps, cut to 2 1/2″ (H10748) – 2 qty

Tools Needed:

Hand drill with 5/16″ drill bit

Hex wrench, 3/16″

Wrench, 1/2″

Screw driver, flat blade

Instructions:

1. Use a flat blade screw driver to remove the plastic end caps from the base tubes at the
foot end of the table.

2. Use the new caster unit as your template to mark the hole locations for drilling. Orient
the wheels toward the ceiling and rest the tabs on the top surface of the base. Make sure the

caster unit is against the end of the base on each side. Mark the hole locations on the top
surface of your base. Drill 5/16″ holes on the top surface of the base.

3. Install the caster unit with the wheels oriented toward the floor and insert the mount tabs
into the end of the base tubes. Secure the unit with the enclosed bolts and nuts through
the top surface of the base.

4. Insert a modified end cap below the caster unit in each side of the base .
