Adding a Crescent Head Cushion – KIT1-002

1. Find the center of the end of the table. Mark the hole centers, as indicated below, on the cushion and then draw 7/8″ circles at those locations.
2. Use a heavy duty stapler to insert staples around the outside of the two circles, staying close to the lines.
3. Use a sharp utility knife to remove vinyl from inside of those circles.
4. Drill 7/8″ diameter holes at the two locations. Adding the staples and removing the vinyl was so that the drill bit would not grab the vinyl and rip it.
5. Attach the plastic grommets to the outside of the holes. It is recommended that you pre-drill a small starter hole for each screw.
