How to adjust bumpers
There are four rubber bumpers that stop the upper frame when it collapses. The bumpers should not be adjusted any lower if the frame already contacts the metal lifter when collapsed.
View of the bumper from under the head piece. If it is determined the bumpers can be lowered then a 7/16 inch wrench will be needed to loosen the nuts on the bottom.
