How to remove dual drop for repair

NOTE: Adjust the needle valve for air pressure to the cervical drop before removing the head unit.

TO REMOVE THE HEAD UNIT FOR REPAIR:

Remove the two shoulder bolts where head piece hinges.

Remove shoulder bolt where Mechlok attaches to underside of head piece (circled).

Disconnect the air line from the air cylinder. The hose enters the cylinder at the black elbow which is a compression fitting.
