Replace a Dual Drop with a Tilt Only

REPLACE A DUAL DROP WITH A TILT ONLY

PARTS:

Head Cushion (verify foam density and color)

Hinges – 2 qty verify if tilt only or raised head and tilt

HA90C uses FR 2-4B for tilt only, FR 2-4E for raised & tilt

AirFlex uses FR 11-22 for raised & tilt (any thoracic cushion),

FR 11-66 for 16″ thoracic cushion

FR 17-3 for 8″ thoracic & lumbar cushions

Mechlok Bracket, – to attach Mechlok to cushion HA90C uses FR 2-12

AirFlex uses FR 7-4

Release mount (H7984) and 2 dry wall screws

Paper roll holder, attached to cushion

Paper cutter, attached to cushion

Paper guide rod, FR 1-50, attached to cushion

NOTE: customer will reuse the tilt Mechlok from original head assembly
