Replacing air cylinders on thoracic and lumbar drops 1″ to 1 1/4″
Replacing 1 inch cylinders with 1 1/4 inch
PARTS: 1/4-20 x 3/4″ long bolts 1/4-20 nuts
Weldments: FR 11-120 (lumbar) & FR 11-121 (thoracic) FR 11-25D lifter (same for both)
- Cut off original mount tab
- Drill and bolt on new tab
- Replace lifter
- Attach 1 1/4″ bore cylinders
The cylinders are identical but the brackets need to be on the correct side.
