How to adjust rotation lock handle (2004-present)
The arrow in the photo indicates where the elevator bolt is that can be adjusted up for more tension.
Loosen the nut. Turn the elevator bolt a partial turn and try the handle. Repeat adjusting up or down to achieve desired tension. Tighten the nut again to maintain the tension.
