How to prevent pull out ankle from jamming when pushed in
Install a split collar against the mount tab at the end of the adjusting rod.
Collar separates by removing these two screws.
Wrap the two halves of the collar around the rod, as shown, and replace the screws.
Note: A rubber grommet can also be used to stop this from happening, part # H1905.
