INS-5A Instructions for replacing a coil on the valve bank (1993-2011)

Parts Required: H4021

Unplug the table.

Locate the coil that needs replacing on the valve bank and remove the wires (with connectors) with a pliers as shown in photo 1.
3. Use a 9/16″ wrench to remove the nut on top of the faulty coil (photo 2).
4. Lift the coil assembly out of the valve bank (photo 3), slide the black coil out from the metal housing and then slide the new coil into its place.
5. Slide the repaired coil assembly back into its place on the valve bank, secure it with the nut and reattach the wires.
