Replace a Taper Pin in a Lifter Handle

Replace a Taper Pin in a Lifter Handle

KIT2-005

Note: The manual HA90C table is shown. Your table may look different but all the handles are pinned to the lifter roller tube using the same method.

1. Use the pedal to elevate the table and then unplug the power cord.

2. Remove the screws that secure the outer section of the plastic enclosure to the main frame and allow the plastic to rest on the base.

3. Locate the lifter tube with the rollers on it. The bend handles are inserted into each end of it and then pinned. Take note of the orientation of the rollers and handles for reassembly purposes.

4. The pins are tapered, being larger on the top end so they will only come out to the top. The handle needs to be oriented so the hole lines up with the hole in the tube. If the holes are lined up correctly the pin will begin to insert easily from the top. Use a hammer to tap it in for a snug fit to prevent it from falling out.
