AFT – Replace AC Tech drive with a KB drive

PREP EXPLANATION :

All wires will be connected to KB drive except power input. The customer will use the original power cord that runs up the scissor they will disconnect it at the drive before removing the AC Tech.

The white and yellow rectifier wires will be connected to table AC cable via pigtails in the kit.

KIT PREP:

1. Plastic mount board SK 11-22
2. – KB drive (H9103) mounted and wired
3. – rectifier (H877) mounted (blue wires connected to KB, white and yellow connected to AC input pigtail, females on pink & black will connect to the two blue (brake) wires when installed in the table
4. H9667 – 18ga/4-wire gray cable – 40 inches connected to the KB drive
5. pigtails for AC input, 2qty- one made of a female connector and two black leads, the other a fem ale with two white leads. One black and one white lead connect to the yellow and white of the rectifier. The other black and other w hite of each pigtail connect to the pow er input of the drive at L1 and L2 so these should have fem ale connectors.
6. Back section of Control Box – enclosure with Tim er (H1039) enclosure with No timer (H4964) with 12-lead cord (H9654) – 60inches inserted and all connectors on w ires connectors include – H5120 female – 4 qty

-H3141 female – 5 qty (add 2 qty if timer)

-H9392 male, blue – 3 qty

1. Attach angle bracket #1294 to the box for mounting
2. H9682 speaker w ire for arm rest red stop button – 25 inches (do not crimp connectors on)
