Replace the Gearmotor H607

1. Unplug the table
2. Remove the U-shaped plastic cover under the leg cushion to expose the gearmotor as shown.

IMPORTANT – Before removing any hardware, trace around the base of the gearmotor so that you can position the new gear motor in the exact spot as the original.

1. Support the leg cushion. Loosen the two set screws on the crank that is secured to the output shaft of the motor. The crank will pull straight off the shaft. Do not lose the key that aligns the crank keyway with the output shaft.
2. Remove the four screw s from the cover of the motor junction box. Remove the cover and take note of the how the various wire colors are connected.
3. Loosen the cord restraint w here the wires enter the motor junction box.
4. Disconnect the wires inside the junction box and carefully pull them out through the restraint.
5. Remove the four bolts that secure the gearmotor to the motor frame.
6. Reverse the steps to install the new gearmotor being careful to orient the motor base exactly as it was before starting.
