Troubleshooting brake rectifier current overload fault
- With the table plugged in, verify 120VAC input on yellow and white of the Rectifier.
If YES, go to Step 2
If NO, check for broken continuity on yellow and white
2. Speed pot can be turned to “0” (zero) temporarily for this test to prevent Current Overload.
Press Start and verify 90VDC on the pink and black wires.
If YES, look for a break in continuity between rectifier and gear motor. If NO, replace rectifier.
