General maintenance

RECOMMENDED MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE (EVERY SIX MONTHS OR 1500 HOURS OF USE)

1. To remove table top, remove wing nuts (A) and (A1); for tilt top models, (A) and (A2) only.
2. Oil the six casters (B) around the axle (on both sides of the wheel) with 3-in- One Oil or lithium spray.
3. Oil motor at points (C); three to four drops of 3-in-One Oil.
4. Oil axle areas at point (D).
5. Vacuum table, especially around casters. It is normal for caster dust to accumulate in that area.
6. Material of the table can be cleaned with a mild soap solution.
7. To prevent the top pad from stretching, it is recommended that the rollers be lowered and the filler block inserted under the top pad during the evening.
