Podiatry Tray (with Tray Already Mounted on Cushion)

Parts:
Cushion with Drawer Slide Assembly Mounted
1/4-20 x 2 hex head bolt
Spacer plates (H1411 & H1412)
Black Plastic Glides (H624A & B)
1″ dry wall screws x 2
Stainless Steel Pan (if ordered)

1. Slide the two black plastic glides onto the tubes of the seat frame. The metal spacers attach to the glides will be up, toward the cushion.

2. Slide the foot cushion with rods into the tubes of the seat frame. Use the enclosed 2″ long bolt to secure the plastic glide to the underside of the cushion.
NOTE: Do not tighten too much so that the glide pinches the tube, or else the cushion will not slide.

3. Make sure cushion is straight, then use the enclosed wood screws to secure the plastic glide with knob to the other corner of the cushion.
