Power Supply for Electric Foot

1. Elevate the table.
2. Unplug the table.
3. Remove the skirts that secure the inner section of plastic skirt to the steel table base.

4. The power supply is mounted to the side of the base at the head end. Remove the two screws that secure the power supply to the base. Move each color wire to the same terminal on the new power supply.

5. L1 Black

L2 White

V+ Green/black

V- Green
