Adjustable Rotation Lockout Bar

Adjustable Rotation Lockout Bar
Parts List:
Weldment FR11-39C
Shoulder Bolt 3/8 x 3/8″ long washers
3/8 Steel x 2 qty
Just the enclosed 3/8″ long shoulder bolt and two washers to mount the top of the end of the lockout.
Hold the Cushion level and turn the coupler at the bottom until the holes align. Use the same bolt and washer(s) to secure.
Thread the nut against the coupler until snug. This will add stiffness.
Remove the original Mechlok and it’s release cable. The bottom bolt can be reused for installing the lockout.
