Cervical Tilt Mechlok Mount

PARTS LIST:

FR11-111B or C repair bracket – 1 qty (“B ” before 2013, “C ” beginning Jan 2013)

1/4-20 x 2″ long round head (from A natom otor) – 2qty

1/4″ washer – 2 qty

1/4-20 nylock nut – 2 qty

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Grind or file enough residual weld off the vertical tube to enable the new bracket to lay flat on the square tube.
2. Lay the bracket against the tube, m ark the two holes, and drill a 1/4″ hole through the tube.
3. Use the enclosed bolts to secure the new bracket.
