Replace Distraction Assembly

1. Remove the pelvic and foot cushions from the original frame.
2. Remove the air line from the distraction cylinder and the pelvic “pancake” air cylinder (if the table has pelvic drop).
3. Protect the air tank from scratches by covering it. Heavy fabric or a piece of cardboard work well.

Refer to photo.

4. Remove both bolts at “A”.

5. Remove the set screw s “B” from the rotation pivot.

6. Remove the 7/8″ O D x 4″ long horizontal shaft “C” while someone helps prevent the distraction assembly from falling

7. Install the new distraction assem bly by reversing steps 1-6.
