Replace Distraction Frame Only
AIR FLEX – Replace Distraction Frame Only
Remove bolts #17 on the hinges #136 to remove the pelvic cushion.
Remove bolt #141from the mount clevis #137 on the distraction cylinder (#144) rod.
Loosen the 10 set screws on the crossbar & glide bar guide (triangular shaped) that retain the glide rods #43.
Unhook one end of each spring #66.
Remove bolt #126 attached under the frame #135 to free one end of the mechlok #68.
Slide frame #135 from the assembly.
Reverse these steps to mount a distraction frame. Refer to a video posted on the website www.HillLabs.com for instructions on how to align the rods #43 during assembly.
