Replacing the Plastic Air Tank

Replacing the Plastic Air Tank
- Use the pedal to elevate the table and then UNPLUG the table.
- Remove screws from the outer section of the plastic skirt that attaches to the top frame. The screws are on the side near the control box and also at the foot end.
- Grasp the foot end of the skirt and carefully pull down and away to access the inside of the table. The picture below shows the location of the air tank below the air compressor.
4. Air hose is pushed into a compression fitting at each end of the cylinder. The fitting has a ring where the hose enters that must be pushed in toward the fitting to release the hose.
5. Use a 5116″ wrench or socket wrench to loosen the worm gear strap that secures each end of the tank to the steel frame.
